Coon Rapids-Bayard may have come out ahead in their last matchup, but they shouldn't get too cocky given who is up next. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Audubon at 7:00 PM. The team will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
Coon Rapids-Bayard took the match and then some with a 63-16 victory last Friday over West Harrison.
Meanwhile, Audubon put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Boyer Valley 58-8. The success made it back-to-back wins for Audubon.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 3-2. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Coon Rapids-Bayard and Audubon will really light up the scoreboard.
