Paris might be getting used to good results now that the team has four wins in a row. They made easy work of Bishop Brossart last Friday and carried off a 28-0 victory. The rankings were on Paris' side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
Meanwhile, Carroll County came into their this week averaging 36.57 points per game, but Carroll County fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They fell to Walton-Verona 0-13. The low total for Carroll County limited their streak of high-flying scores to three in a row.
Everything went Paris' way against Carroll County the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 55-21 win.
