North Zulch's four-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They put the hurt on McDade with a sharp 49-26 victory. The win was just what North Zulch needed coming off of a 62-41 loss in their prior game.
Round Top-Carmine suffered their biggest defeat since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. Their rough 57-34 defeat to Richards might stick with them for a while. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Round Top-Carmine in their matchups with Richards: they've now lost three in a row.
North Zulch's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Round Top-Carmine, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-16.
North Zulch was able to grind out a solid win over Round Top-Carmine in their previous matchup on January 2nd, winning 50-40. Will North Zulch repeat their success, or does Round Top-Carmine have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
