Ayla Grandey was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Avery Hobensack, who scored six points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Lincolnview can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 55-15 win over Hicksville at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Lincolnview has managed all season.
Among those leading the charge was Emerson Walker, who scored 19 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Keira Breese, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
Bluffton's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Lincolnview, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.
Thursday's game is shaping up to be a scrappy matchup: Bluffton have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 28.5 rebounds per game. It's a different story for Lincolnview, though, as they've been averaging only 27.3 rebounds per game. Given Bluffton's sizeable advantage in that area, Lincolnview will need to find a way to close that gap.
