Ralls moved up to 691 from 718 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 1A-2 Region I District 4.
Seagraves took down Plains 54-28 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Smyer's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bobcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. BobbyJoe Boggs has thrown for 269 yards this season, while Brennen Fowler has 10 catches for 130 yards. Xavier Lozano leads the league in rushing with 259 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Jack Rabbits take on the Cowboys. As it stands, Ralls is in first, while Plains is in seventh.
The Eagles led 1A-2 Region I District 4 in scoring this week after putting up 54 points on Tom Harvey's team.
