After losing to the Arthur County Wolves the last time they met, the Brady Eagles decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Brady snuck past Arthur County with a 38-34 win on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Brady.
Brady was led to victory by Keaton Fattig and Payton Stienike. Fattig scored eight points along with five assists and two steals, while Stienike scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stienike has scored all season.
Brady now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Arthur County, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brady will face off against Maxwell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nebraska (Maxwell is ranked 180th, while Brady is ranked 181st). Arthur County will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Garden County at 5:00 p.m. on February 1st.
