It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 60-26, which was the final score in Cypress Creek's tilt against Horizon on Friday. Cypress Creek was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-16.
Meanwhile, Tohopekaliga had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They blew past Lake Nona 57-36. The result was nothing new for Tohopekaliga, who have now won four matches by 21 points or more so far this season.
Cypress Creek now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Tohopekaliga, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.
