Regina Dominican got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jillian DeFranza out in front who scored 12 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Olivia Fraterrigo, who scored six points.
Oak Park-River Forest's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-10. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.7 points per game. As for Regina Dominican, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-5.
