Elliott Murphy Turns in Season-Best Performance
Elliott Murphy produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Powhatan to the win on Friday. Murphy rushed for 59 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.3% of his passes.

For the season, Johnson has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 151.7 passing yards per game.

Chapman Jr. Made His Presence Known in Midlothian's 59-0 Victory
Dk Chapman Jr. put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August of 2023 on Friday. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 56 yards.
The win (which was Midlothian's fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Chapman Jr. and Midlothian will stay at home for another week and welcome Powhatan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
