Highline is on a 11-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while WF West is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Highline Pirates will take on the WF West Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Friday, everything went Highline's way against Steilacoom as Highline made off with a 42-16 win.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Highline to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ronan Rasmussen, who threw for 223 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Marquawn McCraney, who picked up 98 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, WF West made easy work of Hudson's Bay on Saturday and carried off a 35-14 victory.
Their wins bumped Highline to 9-1 and WF West to 7-3.
Highline took a serious blow against WF West in their previous matchup back in September of 2017, falling 47-6. Will Highline have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
