Owyhee put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-6 back in March.
Kaleb Doty looked comfortable as he tossed 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk any time he's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Cade Walker was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.
Owyhee pushed their record up to 16-0 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.
