Glacier put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Butte Bulldogs 42-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Wolfpack's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Montana football rankings (they are ranked second, while the Bulldogs are ranked 39th).
Leading Glacier to victory were Asher Knopik and Jackson Presley. Knopik rushed for 121 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries, while Presley threw for 315 yards and three TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Presley a new career-high in passer rating (161.5). 142 of Presley's passing yards were hauled in by Cooper Pelc, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
Glacier's run defense was locked in: Butte could only muster 1.6 yards per carry. While two picked up at least six total tackles, Knopik stood above the rest. He rushed for 121 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries. Glacier didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 7.2.
