A Season-Best Performance from Bryce Hanover Leads Geneva over New Braunfels Christian Academy
Geneva came up short on Thursday despite Bryce Hanover delivering his best game to date. Hanover threw for 334 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Geneva dropped their record down to 3-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. Hanover and Geneva will be playing at home against Hill Country Christian School of Austin on Friday.

Hill Country Christian School of Austin was led to victory by Jacob Rasberry, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Patrick Ortiz's big game helped extend Holy Cross's winning streak to seven on Thursday. Nobody could stop Ortiz as he picked up 39 receiving yards and a touchdown.
