This season hasn't been kind to the EPIC Academy The Legends, who are still winless after their 13th game. They received a tough blow on Tuesday as they fell 44-29 to Chicago Washington. EPIC Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Several The Legends players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was RayQuan Woods, who scored ten points.
Leading Chicago Washington to victory were Elijah Petty and Aidan Lira. Petty scored 11 points, while Lira scored 12 points.
EPIC Academy's defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Chicago Washington, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. EPIC Academy will take on the Broncos at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chicago Washington, they will be playing at home against the Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
