Scenic Bluffs recap September 24, 2013
Brookwood led Scenic Bluffs in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Wonewoc-Center. Paul Ryan ran for 135 yards during the win.
Royall made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,160 from 12,828. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 25-22 victory over the Panthers last week.
Cashton's dynamic duo of Brandon Schmitz and Jaden Schmitz proved tough for New Lisbon to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Schmitz threw for 27 yards and Schmitz had 19 yards receiving.

Schmitz has thrown for 476 yards this season, while Schmitz, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 34 catches for 148 yards. Brookwood's Ryan leads the league in rushing yards with 558.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Doug Brieske's team takes on Necedah. The Falcons are in third place, while the Cardinals are in second place.
Marten broke off the longest rushing play in the league this week with a 67-yard run against Wonewoc-Center.
