Maria Carrillo was led to victory by James Hillestad and Nathan Dipman. Hillestad scored 11 points along with six assists and five rebounds, while Dipman scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. The game was Hillestad's third in a row with at least ten points. Nehemiah Holiday was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Maria Carrillo's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Marin Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
