Softball Recap: South Glens Falls Has No Trouble Against Gloversville

South Glens Falls won the last time they faced Gloversville and things went their way on Monday too. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 21-2 margin over the Huskies/Dragons. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

Kylee Craft made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Craft was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Autumn Roberts, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in May of 2024. Adrianna Mathusa also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

South Glens Falls hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in seven consecutive matches.

South Glens Falls' victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Gloversville, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
