Huntington had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They never let the Chesapeake Panthers get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The Huntsmen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Brayden Elliott was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Huntington is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-8 otherwise. Elliott was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April.

In other batting news, Troy McDonald was incredible, going 1-for-2 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Seth Throckmorton, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Huntington's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Chesapeake, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.

As of now, neither Huntington nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
