Given Fayette County's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 57th, while the Lions are ranked 235th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Christian McAllister, who almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Rutley, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds.
Fayette County pushed their record up to 15-7 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Trinity Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

As for Trinity Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Whitewater will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
