West Hancock led A District 2 in scoring this week after putting up 36 points on Woodbury Central.
Newman Catholic's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Knights feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jack Fitzgerald has thrown for 554 yards and one touchdown this season, while Spencer Schmidt has seven catches for 227 yards. Joe Burgmeier leads the league in rushing with 1389 yards.
The Eagles made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,966 from 5,315. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 36-20 victory over the Wildcats last week.
