The Wheeler Wildcats couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 4-1 walloping at the hands of Pebblebrook on Tuesday. Wheeler has not had much luck with Pebblebrook recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
The win got Pebblebrook back to even at 1-1.
Wheeler will be playing at home against Allatoona at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pebblebrook, they will head out on the road to face off against McEachern at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
