Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Oasis Christian). They blew past the Halifax Academy Knights 20-3 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won seven matchups by ten  runs or more  so far this season.
 Logan Koblentz was a standout: he scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high.  Mathew Chase also deserves some recognition as  he  got his first  hit of the season.
 Oasis Christian  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  strikeout total in four consecutive  contests.
The  victory  got Oasis Christian back to even at 9-9. As for Halifax Academy,  they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oasis Christian will venture away from home to  square off against Legacy Charter  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Halifax Academy, they will head out to  face off against Crescent City  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
