Crosspointe Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Coltenn Wagner, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 14 steals. Wagner is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Neby Yewubneh was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Colonial Christian bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.3 points per game. As for Crosspointe Christian Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Colonial Christian will take on Varsity Opponent at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Crosspointe Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Legacy Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
