Horizon walked away with a 70-61 victory over DSST: Conservatory Green. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Horizon also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Horizon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brady Greene, who scored 16 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. The match was Greene's third in a row with at least ten points. Aiden Greene was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Despite the loss, DSST: Conservatory Green still got an impressive performance from Azar Ghezae, who scored 28 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Ghezae scored a full 45.9% of DSST: Conservatory Green's points, the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Christian Love, who scored 7 points along with 8 rebounds.
The win got Horizon back to even at 2-2. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
Horizon's road trip will continue as they head out to face Gateway at 5:00 p.m. on December 8th. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, they will square off against Battle Mountain at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
