Nazir Vines posted a new career-high in runs on Tuesday. He scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Vines' strong effort led Wilson Prep over Northwest Halifax and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are a perfect 7-0 against the Vikings going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
