After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dodge County, Academy for Classical Education was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They really took it to the Southwest Patriots for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-21 win. The Gryphons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Southwest still got an impressive performance from MySaviour Darby, who posted ten points.

Academy for Classical Education has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season. As for Southwest, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Academy for Classical Education will welcome Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Central will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Academy for Classical Education surely won't give up without a fight.
