Perham is 10-0 against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton since January of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. Both teams will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 18th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. One thing working in Perham's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 13 matches.
Even though Holdingford scored an imposing 57 points on Saturday, Perham still came out on top. Perham took their game against Holdingford 67-57.
Willow Thiel was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 17 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Perham's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaia Anderson, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They blew past Frazee 70-49. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton has managed all season.
Perham pushed their record up to 14-2 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, their win bumped their record up to 3-10.
