The Hardaway Hawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They fell to New Manchester 61-57. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Saturday (56), Hardaway still had to take the loss.
Despite the loss, Hardaway still got an impressive performance from Lamell Mims, who scored 22 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaire Hodge, who scored 10 points.
Hardaway now has a losing record at 2-3. As for New Manchester, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Hardaway will be playing at home against Trinity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Manchester, they will head out on the road to face off against Hillgrove at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hillgrove has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 324 points over their last five contests.
