Liberty are packing up and hiking across state lines for their match on Friday. They will challenge Jenkins on the road at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Liberty had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They might be aching after a bruising 7-41 loss to Napavine last Saturday.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Jenkins lost to Morgan County, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-44.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
