While Riverside's victory against Irvin wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rangers had just enough and edged out the Rockets 9-8 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Rangers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Riverside's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-7-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs over those games. As for Irvin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18-1 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverside will face off against Del Valle at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Conquistadores will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Rangers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Irvin, they will host Austin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rockets are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
