The Thomas Nelson Generals won against the Seneca Red Hawks last Monday with 52 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Thomas Nelson came out on top against Seneca by a score of 52-42. The win made it back-to-back wins for Thomas Nelson.
Seneca's loss came despite strong showings from Qua'Shaunna Stallworth and Arionna Tunstall. Stallworth scored 12 points, while Tunstall scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. Tunstall is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last eight games she's played.
The win got Thomas Nelson back to even at 9-9. As for Seneca, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Thomas Nelson will be playing in front of their home fans against Bluegrass United at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Seneca, they will head out on the road to square off against Kentucky Country Day at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kentucky Country Day is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
