The Massabesic Mustangs will square off against the Scarborough Red Storm at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Massabesic is returning home triumphant after the team finally put their road woes behind them against Windham on Thursday. The Mustangs blew past the Eagles 13-2. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Noah Bryan made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Henry Marcotte, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Logan Hajdysz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Meanwhile, Scarborough came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 14 straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.1 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They skirted past the Scots 4-2.
Nate Masters looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
At the plate, Matthew Fallona was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run. Cam Wellman was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run.
Massabesic's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Scarborough, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.
