Southeast Guilford waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ragsdale Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

One reason for the win was Southeast Guilford's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13, 25-10.

Jacquelyn Marion paced Southeast Guilford's offense, picking up 14 kills. Marion got some help from Ava Tobin and her 17 assists. Marion was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Southeast Guilford's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Ragsdale, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Southeast Guilford will square off against Southwest Guilford at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ragsdale, they will challenge Southern Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
