Mccormick Posts Huge Game in 56-12 Victory
Starting off the list is New Bern's Terrance Mccormick, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Mccormick threw for 249 yards and five touchdowns on only 17 passes.

The second New Bern player making an appearance here is Karvin Magwood, and for good reason. He rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Northside - Jacksonville's probably not too fond of Magwood given he always seems to get the better of them. When Magwood last faced the Monarchs back in October of 2023, he rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 31 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Holley Made His Presence Known in D.H. Conley's 45-42 Victory
D.H. Conley took down J.H. Rose on Friday, a win that might not have happened without Christian Holley's standout effort. J.H. Rose had no answer to Holley as he picked up 139 receiving yards and a touchdown.
For the year, Holley has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 85.4 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 50.86 receiving yards per game.

Kaishawn Taylor Turns in Season-Best Performance
