Tenoroc is on a six-game streak of home losses (dating back to last season), Trenton a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Tenoroc Titans will take on the Trenton Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Tenoroc fell victim to Fort Meade's stalwart defense two weeks ago and couldn't make it onto the board. They were outmatched by the Miners at home and fell 56-0. While losing is never fun, Tenoroc can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 552nd, while Fort Meade is ranked 124th).
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Trenton, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 27-13 loss to Hamilton County on Friday.
Although Trenton took the loss, they still got scores from Brant Bivens and Jon Furst.
Tenoroc's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Trenton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
