Archbishop Alter had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Taylor Yellowjackets on Saturday as the Archbishop Alter Knights made off with a 58-35 victory. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 23 points or more this season.

The win was the fourth in a row for Archbishop Alter, bringing their record for this year to 19-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.8 points. As for Taylor, with the defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-6.

Coming up, Archbishop Alter will take on Oakwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oakwood knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Archbishop Alter likes a good challenge. Taylor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
