The biggest upset of the week belonged to Winnetonka, who took down 35th ranked Winnetonka, 35-28. Cole Davis threw for 267 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 45 yards in the win.
Liberty North took down Grandview 43-16 last week, the largest margin of any game. Antwynn Beavers ran for 165 yards in the win.
Kearney's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Brock Broughton chipped in 168 yards. Zack Davis helped Kearney's passing attack out by catching six balls for 59 yards.
Drew Goepferich was the best wideout in Suburban - Blue this week as the Bulldogs topped the Griffins. Goepferich tallied seven receptions for 77 yards.
On the ground, the Eagles' Beavers has rushed for 1565 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Paul Silvio. The Liberty North star has 27 catches for 448 yards.
Going into this week's game against Benton, Platte County's James Valentine needs 192 passing yards to surpass 2,000 on the season. Accruing a total of 19 touchdowns this year, Valentine has thrown for 1808 yards with 11 interceptions.
