In what's become a running theme this season, the Tri-Valley Scotties gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past River View 70-26 at home. The win was familiar territory for Tri-Valley who now have six in a row.
Parker Andrews and Layton Massie certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Andrews scored 14 points along with three steals, while Massie scored seven points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Andrews has scored all season.
River View struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Tri-Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for River View, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.
Tri-Valley will head out on the road to face off against Maysville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Maysville is on a six-game streak of home wins, Tri-Valley a seven-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. River View will take on Sheridan at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully River View focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Tuesday.
