The Graham Red Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They suffered a rough 52-27 defeat at the hands of Eastern Randolph.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eastern Randolph to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kenly Whitaker, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ziera Watson, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Graham has not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season. As for Eastern Randolph, their victory ended a eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-17.
Graham will look to defend their home court on Friday against North Moore at 6:00 p.m. Graham is facing North Moore at the right time seeing as North Moore is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Eastern Randolph, they will head out on the road to challenge Uwharrie Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Uwharrie Charter focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday.
