Founders Classical Academy's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. Everything went their way against the IDEA Ingram Hills Rams as they made off with a 15-4 win. That 11 run margin sets a new team best for the Hoplites this season.

Luke McCaw was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Syverson, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Founders Classical Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .643. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Founders Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Founders Classical Academy will head out on the road to square off against IDEA Judson College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. IDEA Ingram Hills will be paying especially close attention to the Hoplites' game: after the Hoplites faces off against Somerset Academy Collegiate, they'll take on IDEA Ingram Hills again at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
