Montavious Banks Turns in Season-Best Effort
Montavious Banks produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Carver to the win on Friday. Banks threw for 335 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown.
The win (which was Carver's sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-2. Banks and Carver will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hapeville Charter at 7:30 p.m. on November 8th.

Rounding off our Top Five is Esco Grant of KIPP Atlanta Collegiate. Grant rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown.
