Antietam entered their tilt with Tulpehocken with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went Antietam's way against Tulpehocken on Tuesday as Antietam made off with a 52-30 victory. That 52-30 margin sets a new team best for Antietam this season.
Antietam found their leader in underclassman AJ Schiefly, who scored 21 points along with five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Schiefly has scored at least 25% of Antietam's points. Another player making a difference was Jonas Coste, who scored eight points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Oley Valley can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Brandywine Heights Area 72-44 on the road.
The victory got Antietam back to even at 3-3. As for Oley Valley, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.
Antietam ended up a good deal behind Oley Valley in their previous matchup back in February, losing 57-38.
