Shoals Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Phil Campbell Bobcats an easy 72-50 victory. One positive for the Flame, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Shoals Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Phil Campbell, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shoals Christian will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Sulligent at 4:40 p.m. on Thursday.
