St. Ann came out on top against Leman Manhattan Prep on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive 13-run third inning. The Steamers blew past the Bull 15-1. The result was nothing new for the Steamers, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

St. Ann's is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 8-1-1 record this season. As for Leman Manhattan Prep, they dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, St. Ann's will square off against Packer Collegiate Institute at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Pelicans will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Steamers surely won't give up without a fight. Leman Manhattan Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
