Softball Recap: Curtis Has No Trouble Against Port Richmond

Curtis barely beat Port Richmond the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 18-4 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won five in a row.

Abigail Hynes was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. Hynes is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least two every time she's taken the field this season.

Curtis was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .379 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Curtis' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Port Richmond, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
