Jordyn MacKay made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over eight innings while giving up six earned runs off 12 hits. MacKay was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.
In other batting news, Gracie Moore was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May. Another player making a difference was Danica Gray, who went 2-for-5 with two RBI.
