Reese extended the longest winning streak in Greater Thumb - West this week by beating Whittemore-Prescott, 41-26. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Rockets.
Cass City made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,402 from 10,812. The improvement was largely due to a 48-19 victory over Caro last week.
Vassar's Michael Pratt and David Wargo led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Pratt has thrown for 1,283 yards this season, while Wargo has 22 catches for 477 yards. Brandon Harper from Unionville-Sebewaing leads the league in rushing with 1,140 yards.
