The Lisbon Central Golden Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Colton-Pierrepont as Lisbon Central made off with a 77-53 win. The victory was just what Lisbon Central needed coming off of a 83-50 loss in their prior contest.
Several Colts players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ty Farns, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Farns continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nate Smith, who scored six points along with five rebounds.
Lisbon Central now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Colton-Pierrepont, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lisbon Central will challenge Colton-Pierrepont at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Colton-Pierrepont's road trip will continue as they head out to face Parishville-Hopkinton at 7:15 p.m. on January 19th.
