The Mesa Jackrabbits won the last time they faced the Hamilton Huskies, and things went their way on Thursday too. Mesa came out on top against Hamilton by a score of 53-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mesa.
It was another big night for Anthony Seumanu, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was McKy Peters, who scored nine points.
Mesa's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Hamilton, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
Mesa and Liberty will round out the year against one another at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at. Liberty is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. Hamilton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sunnyslope at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2024.
