Volleyball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Advance's Third in Last Four Outings

The Advance Hornets were able to grind out a solid victory over the Central Rebels on Friday, taking the game 2-0.

Madison Hitt-Monroe paced Advance's offense, picking up five kills. Hitt-Monroe got some help from Kyndall Hitt and her nine assists. Cashlynn Sturgeon controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Advance has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Advance wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Kennett on the 13th. As for Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Winona on the 13th.
